“I will not be using this site again. They took all my bonuses of me for winning more than I deposited. Also I got 3 free spins symbols on a slot n didn't receive them. I contacted mfortune who said I had to log into my account and go through my play log and screen shot it to send them. I cannot find anywhere were I log into my account. This site stinks and the customer service is very poor. As for my bonuses I don't feel you should be punished for winning. It's a gamble on both parties involved.”

“Never again will I play this site. I withdrew £70 about 6 weeks ago with no problems now I have won £300 on poker and this should have left my account after 3 working days but now they want me to send them identification. I sent them I'd but they say it's not acceptable. All they are doing is stalling for time hoping I will reverse my withdrawal. They contact me on a Friday to tell me they need I'd and once they receive it it will leave my account 1 to 3 working days after that but because its a weekend it won't be looked at till Monday or Tuesday. Absolute joke. They should ask for identification when you first register funny thing is they will still let you play while refusing to pay you out until you provide I'd. One thing for sure I will never deposit on this site again. Avoid at all cost.”

“Love the games and the site is real easy to use but the same as most people I've spoken to you never get many wins although I've spent thousands trying.,but saying that when I was a new customer I would win all the time.#sucked in.”

“Some times I get a few wins but sometimes it's so fustrating I can go weeks without a single line and deposit loads but I have won a good few times so I'm happy with this site and play it more than any other site it's easy to use but wish u wouldn't close all the rooms at certain times putting more people in rooms making it much harder to win :(”
