“At Michaels store #8807. I tried online same/next day delivery with less than satisfactory results. A photo frame similar to what I ordered, but not exactly what I ordered was delivered to my door. Why would I want a total stranger to substitute a different item for the item I ordered? I drove to store #8807 and spoke with a manager, Beth, who was patient, explained how same/next day orders work and resolved the issue beyond my satisfaction. I will never order online next day again, but I will always shop at Michaels store #8807 that employs Beth as a manager!”
