“A framing project sat at Michael’s in Turkey Creek Knoxville for more than two weeks without even being started. When I checked on it was told their framer had left and they had them coming from other stores. No clue as to when the job would be completed. The store manager kept saying she was from another store as if that meant she had no responsibility for the matter. I did yell at her in frustration and she shut down after that. Hung up on me. Was never notified there was a hold-up. Will never use them again.”
“My experience at Michaels is usually a great one, the staff is knowledgeable & courteous. I am however EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that every holiday is acknowledged EXCEPT Juneteenth & before that Black History Month. Is this purposely done?”
“I was treated like I was bothering one of the staff and I was also informed that they were short staffed. Her customer service skills are none existent. There was only one staff member that helped me with the self check out. She atleast treated me like a human. This was in the Killingly, CT location.”
