“I can't recommend Migrate enough. We got the DIY Application pack, and honestly the amount of information included in the pack that is not mentioned at all on any official documentation (atleast none that you don't have to dig up like the Appendix FM) for the spouse visa, is astounding. And on top of that with the email support that you get part of the package, Jason was always prompt and on top of any queries related to general visa help, that alone is priceless. Definitely recommended”

“The DIY application package with ALL the questions answered is extremely valuable, it literally has everything you need. I definitely wouldn’t have had the spouse visa granted without the information provided. This information is nowhere to be found on online forums. I didn’t have the budget for lawyer fees, but honestly you don’t need it if you have this package. I was also able to ask two clarification questions and got responses straight away. Highly recommended!”

Although everything was instructed in the DIY pack we sometimes had to ask them some questions and suggestions by email and they always tried to give the best response without hesitation. “I applied for a partner visa for my unmarried partner through Migrate using the self-service pack, on recommendation from a friend. The pack was super helpful and straightforward to use, allowing us to tick off the document gathering process (which can be a little painful) and leverage the templates to save time and de-risk the process (i.e., make sure we abide by the fine print of what to say). All good there. What really differentiated Migrate was Jason Capper Tan's fantastic customer service, which went above and beyond. He was always really responsive to us . He answered all the questions we had with a lot of patience (some of them were quite specific and theoretical) and very helpful and clear answers that allowed us to make some important judgement calls along the way. Once we submitted the visa app we got a positive response from the government within a few hours - so it goes to show we were well prepared. Thanks to Jason and the team!”

“Migrate was an immense help with our approved spouse visa application. We used their DIY package and it gave us detailed step by step instruction in completing the application on our own. Before getting the DIY pack we thought we were going to need a solicitor which on top of all the other costs involved was going to be very taxing. I really cant express in words just how much help and peace of mind Migrate gave us, on top of the DIY pack helping, Jason was an immense help as well. “I can’t recommend migrate.org.uk enough. I purchased the migrate.org.uk DIY Application Pack to assist with my wife’s spouse visa application. It really took the stress out of the process (until waiting for the home offices decision!). I had done a lot of research prior and felt I had enough knowledge to proceed with the application alone but I decided I wanted the reassurance of the migrate.org.uk DIY Application Pack in case I had missed anything. In hindsight I was very lucky as had I not purchased the DIY Application Pack my wife’s application would have been rejected as I missed a couple of vital details in Appendix FM-SE. Those specific details were highlighted in the migrate.org.uk DIY Application Pack so I assume they are regularly missed and common reasons for visa rejections. Even if you feel you have all bases covered buying the DIY Application Pack in my opinion is a no brainer as even the smallest overlooked detail could result in a delay or even a rejected application. Jason and the team were super helpful throughout and responded to any questions I had very quickly. I will definitely be using migrate.org.uk for all my future applications”
