“Pay for delivery, item to small then have to pay for delivery to send back!”

“I have now changed my review to 3 stars for the following reason: Product now delivered and happy with merchandise. For anyone using Millets, the best way to hurry things along is keep using the email address for complaints etc, and not the automated assistant “Becky”. Detail on all emails that you wish to cancel your order and demand a full refund unless they sort it out. It worked for me. Thanks for listening, Millets!”

“I did click & collect and was advised when my odèr would be ready to collect a week later. I received a text on the day to tell me it was in store. After verification & validation of myself and goods I received my order and was assured that if it didn't fit I could return the goods to the store in Uckfield where I would receive a full refund. In a seperate transaction in store after purchasing my order of £25 when I noticed I could have purchased another item for less than the price displayed the sales assistant a female would not let me do this with the goods I had already purchased.”

“I used click and collect service to get sent to jd sports store. Never again. They are a complete let down to your company. They took 30 minutes roughly to find my order from stockroom/warehouse. I had to re ask a member of staff, who rudely replied to me whilst walking off, it can take awhile as there is alot of orders. Finally when order was found, no apology for the long wait.i had to ask for a bag as order was heavy. Not good enough. Such a let down to your direct store. Won't be doing a click and collect to go there again.”

“products were as described and fine but delivery is slow to what most people expect nowadays. 3 working days to deliver! Bought multiple items from Amazon prime, and had them all delivered next day, before the one purchase from Millets was even dispatched.”
