“I’ve used MiniZoo a few times now and noticed they do everything you could ask of a small business: they’re friendly, communicate well, get you your products quickly and are competitively priced. I’m a Beasts of the Mesozoic collector and their prices are as good as those from overseas (and the free shipping with certain spend helps too!!)”
“We received the animals and birds quickly and they are delightful - very lifelike.
They were a little smaller than we had envisioned and got a bit lost in the mini woods setting we made for them”
“High-quality products (I got the 4cm echidnas) which were very reasonably priced. The postage was also very reasonable and both packages arrived in super-quick time. Excellent customer service.”
“Great service, shipping was always fast and packed with so much care. Happy with everything apart from one model unfortunately arriving with a broken leg however Jason was very helpful with giving me a refund and offering ways to fix the model. I still love shopping with you guys and will continue to!”
“I always come back this store. Great product range, fast service and packaging. If you’re looking for a place to get Dino’s and animals than look no further!”
“Thanks for ordering my favourite Folkmanis white mouse puppet for me when you were out of stock - I appreciate the effort and prompt delivery. You stock the most wonderful brands, and love the service.”
“My purchases are for my granddaughter. She is loving the experience of playing with them. She does horse riding occasionally and has a wild imagination when playing with her mini zoo collection. Your great customer service is appreciated. Speedy delivery too.”
