Very impressed they have the WIA models, they are beautiful. Unfortunately, one did come damaged (not MiniZoo's fault as the WIA models are made from a different plastic), and MiniZoo offered to send me another one at no charge, they even provided a free shipping coupon so I could buy more models if I wanted. They were very helpful, and the second lot came wrapped in layers and layers of packaging and bubble wrap so very pleased. Will buy from here again :)”
