“I am amazed at the customer service of this company. When there was a problem of something I’d ordered not being in stock they contacted me promptly and gave me a variety of options to resolve the problem. Would highly recommend mini zoo to anyone!!”
“I have purchased from MiniZoo a number of times and I’m always happy with the service and quality. The toys and books I have bought are always loved and played with for many hours by my children .”
“Hi All! Everything was great. Easy too manoeuvre site, quick delivery, packaging good. Only negative comment(which is really beyond your control), is the Schleich figurines(animals ones in my case), have really diminished in their realistic look & paint markings. I have bought at least over 100 for grandchildren when they were younger & now buy them too put on a product I make & quality/looks was the reason I bought that company. Have a great week. Cheers Vicki.”
“We absolutely love mini zoo, their products, their attention to details, their customer service and the way they run, a really beautiful family and community to be supporting”
“Well, the website is easy to navigate, intuitive, and the service is 100%. I buy the figures as teaching tools for my grandkids and that means I learn too. Right now we are into dinasaurs. I can't speak highly enough about your website; it works!”
