“Always impressed by the customer service at minizoo. Questions are answered quickly. Figurines are packaged well. Love that they put bonus figurines in if you meet certain criteria.”
“The service and products at MiniZoo are always top notch! Tahnaya and the team are very knowledgeable and always happy help and answer questions. I never buy my animals from anywhere else!”
“I have bought from MiniZoo previously and found them to be quick, efficiant and items well packed. Best of all I like that I am buying from a family run Australian bussiness, a winner everytime.”
“I'm relatively new to MiniZoo. Although I've been receiving their emails for quite a while because I like what they sell I hadn't ordered anything. That changed recently and I can confirm they are excellent to deal with. I fully recommend them!”
“Another awesome order from MiniZoo. Shipped fast and we packed. Loved the lucky dip I received as part of the Eldrador promotion. My son will be so happy, thanks again.”
“Love these figures. I have purchased them for 2 grandchildren from different families, adding to their collection for birthdays and Christmas. They are always excited and thrilled to identify them and to learn new animals they haven’t come across before. Lots of fun!!”
“Very happy with my purchase and all dealings with mini zoo, I got several bears for my little one who’s bear obsessed. I’ll definitely be purchasing more later. Shipping was fast and everything was well packaged and protected.”
“Over the last few years I have always received my orders to Western Australia within a few days. If I have had a query the amazing team at Mini Zoo always bend over backwards to help you. The range they keep is extensive and I haven’t found another store that can offer the same range.”
