“Great customer service. Orders always arrive within a couple of days including postage. They always respond to emails within a day and give really detailed and helpful answers.
The prices are really competitive and they are the only store I know that stock all the major toy animal brands.
I have shipped here for years now and have always had a great experience.”
“My recent dealings with MiniZoo was one of the most positive online shopping experiences ever. The process was straightforward and I was regularly informed about the status of my order. My item arrived very promptly (I think it was dispatched the same day) and I was absolutely delighted with the quality of the ‘cat’ puppet I purchased. It was a gift for my granddaughter and she adores it! Thank you to everyone at MiniZoo…. I will definitely be shopping with you again. Robyn”
