“I ordered a dress last year and the zip fell off instantly. I knew I’d be blamed for it so decided to keep the dress to hopefully find a way to fix it eventually. I have just found it again and realised just how badly it was made. All along the zipper are threads and there is nothing at the bottom of the zip to keep the zip on. The fabric around the zip is also falling off (I’m assuming because of the threads). I really wouldn’t recommend this shop.”

“I ordered 2 items for my holidays back in July (29th to be exact), the were terrible quality, nothing like the photo and the material..... if you can even call it that was horrendous, I was shocked at the poor quality especially since they were from the Megan McKenna range
Obviously I sent them back the day after I got them, had to pay for delivery & returns myself, so there's at least £10 I won't be seeing.
I have now finally got a refund, on the 29th September, ridiculous would never order from them again, and I will be actively warning off anyone else”
“I ordered a item of clothing it was to small and the material wasn't the best, I sent this item back. I got an email on the 3rd to say that I would be given a full refund within the next 14 days. 14 days came nothing. So I emailed the company to receive an email back confirming that the refund has just been made and that it will be another 2-5 before it's paid back to me. I feel this is Far to long of a process.”
