Order an item before August Bank Holiday returned as soon as received as the item was too big. Had confirmation my item had been received by misspap and that I would be refunded in up to 21 days. Nearly 4 weeks later still no funds in my account. Number just rings out. How do i get my funds back. What a poor service wouldn't recommend to anyone. Each time a log in on the service desk no body reply's. Do I contact my credit card to retrieve my funds.

I ordered my dress on a Tuesday the event I was attending was on Saturday. I brought next day delivery, so when it didn't come on Wednesday I was understanding as things dents always come on the right day so a day late isn't bad, however when it hadn't come by Friday I was a little worried. I got an email saying that my order was expected on Monday almost a whole week from when I ordered it. My friend also ordered a dress from here and it was terrible quality. please do not order from here if you are under time pressure and care about quality.

I ordered a black lounge suit and wasn't really expecting much. I was genuinely shocked...its so nice! I'm a size 14 and ordered the XL so I'm not saying the sizes are perfect. I'm really tall too and its long enough.

Brought an item on the 17th April they sent item with half the address missing so it could not be delivered refuse to give me a refund due to their mistake and want to blame a pandemic for their mistake and now are ignoring all my emails I would never buy from them again shocking customer service never again

Absolutely awful customer service! After them sending me the completely wrong item I was made to run around and do a lot of work to receive the right item only for them to say the item I originally ordered was now out of stock. I had to go through a return and write a note to their Wearhouse team to make them aware of this situation (even though this is their job to do?). They refused to send me the correct item until I had returned the wrong one and as a busy person it took me a couple days to do this. There should have been one of the correct item put to the side for me AT LEAST if they were gonna refuse to send the right one straight away. I have never complained about a company before so this is genuinely bad customer service. Extremely disappointed.

Avoid purchasing from this company because if you do need to return items its a very long time to wait until you receive payment back. I returned a dress on the 3rd September and we are now on the 18th September, 15 days down the line, and still no money has been received. I have emailed customer service several times and again today, lets see when i get the money back. There are similar website that can be used for similar items and refund are received without any delays............i.e Boohoo ....and you also need to pay to return all items......

Worst online shop ever! Paid for next day delivery and it’s been almost a week and haven’t received it yet! Poor customer service Spend your money elsewhere !

This company is not worth 1 star.... I have been waiting since Christmas for my refund to go back into my account! They have said it will take 2-5 working days and it’s been way over that and they are not replying to me! I suggest they need to get there act together and decide to give my money back otherwise I will be taking legal action and I’m sure there are other people in the same boat as me!!! Miss pap you are theives!!!!

Refund money held - DO NOT SHOP WITH MISSPAP.CO.UK (and they have now blocked me on social media haha) Anyone having issues should call Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline and report them to Trading Standards ASAP and they'll help if you need any further advice or help Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline TEL: 03454 040506 Report MISS PAP's Registered Company name: HOUSE OF MP LTD Company Reg Num: 09645775 Registered Address: Crown House, Plantation Road, Burscough, Lancashire, L40 8JT DO NOT SHOP HERE. I got an acknowledgment email of my returned items Nov 24th. 21 working days passed so I emailed to ask where my refunded money was? I got fobbed off by "Lucy" apologising, saying it had now been processed and it would be back in my account in 2-5 working days. It obviously was not. I emailed again. And again. And again. No reply. I received my refund only yesterday (14th Jan), and that was only after completely spamming MissPap's instagram and twitter posts with links to this page (that's genuinely what it took). They have obviously deleted all my comments and anyone else's comment who asks where their money is. Read actual REAL people's reviews or search all the hundreds of girls tweeting them wanting to know why their money hasn't been refunded for a real representation of this awful company. They're absolute cowboys (and very lucky they refunded me when they did before my legal team sent a letter). I am in my 30s with experience of dealing with these types of companies but I feel so sorry for all the younger girls who are clearly being completely ripped off and are still waiting for their money to be refunded (even longer than I have been). AVOID AVOID AVOID and call the number above if you need help.

I don’t even want to give it 1 star but I have to has it’s the lowest possible rating! Purchased a pair of trainers from them in my correct size, arrived and was far too small, horrible quality and smelt. Sent them back in May, I am still waiting and it’s August 20th!!! Sent email after email and I get a reply telling me it’s my bank!!! Avoid at all costs, how this company is still going is beyond me.

Not legitimate just as everyone else has already said! never received a refund (around £80). have to complain to ombudsman to get my money back, so everyone who has problems with them not refunding you - do the same! http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/consumer/complaints.htm clothes are low quality, look pretty only on the pictures, they pushing them by paying bloggers/influencers who use 100 filters to promote them - clothes don't even look like that for obvious reason - you can't put filters on them in real life! 83% negative reviews speak for themselves. Avoid.

Would give zero stars if I could. As with others it seems that MissPap are running some sort of scam with returns and refunds. It seems to me they only provide a refund once it has been chased several times, with no apology or explanation - at least that's what happened in my case. I suspect they are (quite literally) banking on people forgetting to check for refunds relating to returns. You have been warned!

I would not even give it any stars. first of all they rely heavily on instagrammers to peddle their clothes and on the website the clothing looks nothing like the items you receive. when I received my jumper is was cream and not white as it stated on the website, it was poorly made and quality was so bad, not even worth the already cheap price tag. also they don't give you free returns. I send my clothes back 2 weeks ago, they sent an email that they accepted the return but are yet to give me the refund. it should not take longer than 5 working days to process refunds. absolute scammers!!!

hi, I would like to inform people to be careful when ordering the items and then returning I have sent 2 items to be returned. On the tracking info it says it has been delivered.. They don't reply to emails.. no refunds yet.. Scam!!!

Ordered item for next day delivery I got sent the wrong size, miss pap refusing to refund me the next day delivery fee saying nothing was wrong with the delivery!! I explained I paid next day because I needed the shoes the next day and after receiving the incorrect size this has inconvenienced me and the shoes is no longer needed!

So I decided to buy from this company… So I decided to buy from this company even though I read a lot of bad reviews. I must say, I regret it and should have just not wasted my time. Bought a matching blazer and trousers for an event. Only to receive an email that the blazer is sold out and my money will be refunded. I then sent a message via Instagram and explained instead of me returning the trousers would I be able to exchange the blazer since they have the next size up. Upon checking I saw that the price of the blazer had increased. When I asked if the initial price I paid could be honoured I was told “NO” even though they made the mistake saying they had an item when they didn’t. So much for customer service. Sadly I will be returning the trousers and would not be shopping with this company anymore.

This experience made me realise that Misspap isn't about quality material and worthy of trust. I placed an order worth of £130 (in euros this is worth much more). Of course when you pay such amount you expect what you paid for in return. Anyways, I received my two packages in awful situations, the bags were ripped apart, the box of the boots was also ripped and some of the clothes were out of their bags and unfolded. However I still proceeded because I was truly excited to try me new clothes and didn't paid much attention to the packaging. As I tried out the clothes I notice that the items were NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE!!! I was going back and forth looking at what I had in my hands and the pictures, I initially thought I was scammed by another company pretending to be Misspap..BUT NO! The boots were size 6 but my foot was asphyxiated in there and really hurting! The black knitted midaxi dress was very thin and very low quality knit, it was different from the picture, not even close to it! My jeans were a darker colour to what I had ordered. The cute ribbed underboob top I had ordered in size 14 (because I have a big chest) seemed like size 6! The sweatshirt I ordered in size 8 was very low quality and had a hole in the middle of it which you don't see in the pictures. The satin dress was too big for a size 10! And let me just tell you about the front seamed tights... totally different. Nothing like the picture. I was totally in shock thinking I wasted my money..which in the end I DID! From the 12 products I only kept 5 and wanted to return the scammed ones above which were worth of £60. I went to the post office only to find out that they are charging me 55 euros (Greece), for clothes worth of £60!! I immediately dm Misspap on messenger and they told me that they also believe is too much and to check if I used their returns portal, bla bla bla. I asked them if they could at least pay for the half of the postage as they also think it was too much. But no, they just kept saying that the postage has to be covered by me, which I understand that, I would pay 20-25 euros but not 55!! And for this quality!! No company leaves a customer feeling that they have no power over their own money! No company charges 55 euros for a return of clothes worth £60! A company would help out a customer that feels like something is unfair and especially in that case! I am not rich to spend money like that. So here I am writing this review, so people can learn from my mistake and think twice before buying something from Misspap. Customer service offered no solution. All this company wants is to gain money by scamming customers with their low quality fashion. If you value a stress free return experience do not bother buying from this company. Now I will have to keep the clothes because I can't afford to pay another 55 euros after a £130 worth order.

I have returned my full order, which legally means that I am entitled to a FULL refund including shipping costs. however, this company does not obey the law and only reimburses the product. this means that the customer has to pay for both the return costs and the shipping costs. this has cost me more than € 30 euros. I DO NOT BUY ANY MORE HERE !!!!!
