“Fantastic service. My delivery was late as their supplier had been effected since Feb with this virus issue...kept me informed of the issue and regularly emailed me. The item came about a week or so later than I expected but it’s absolutely beautiful. Really friendly service”

“Online service is very efficient. Next day delivery worked very well for me. Prefer this method of shopping to visiting a store because the service levels have declined so much on the shop floor, hardly anyone to demonstrate goods, and more often than not, items out of stock. ShabbyStore staff were very quick to respond on live chat to confirm delivery and availability, and the tables and bar stools were just as described.”

“Ordered my new sofa on the Tuesday evening and had it with me 1st thing Fhe following Monday morning. Paul and Wayne the two delivery folks could not have been more helpful or polite. They called 1/2 hour before arriving, took away the packaging and put the sofa exactly where I asked them to. At all times they were friendly and courteous. Cannot thank or rate highly enough. Will definitely be using ShabbyStore again in future.”

“I have purchased a number of times from the ShabbyStore and the items are always amazing. They delivery pretty quick (5 days ish) and the customer service have always been quick and polite. I’ve just had a bed delivered and it’s stunning. Definitely recommend the shabby store”

“Quick delivery of my wooden boxes and urns and they’re stunning. Always order from here and it’s really a five star service every time. The odd item takes a few weeks to arrive as they’re bespoke but if you want unique then you have to wait! Love 💓”
