I ordered an oak desk. Delivery was very quick and satisfactory. However this may be the worst product I’ve had to assemble. The pre marked holes for the drawer runners didn’t align so the drawers didn’t fit. I then had to try and measure it all out for myself and create new holes, even then the drawers still don’t fully align. There is also a slight chip on one corner of the desk. Once assemble, it is a lovely desk and great space on the surface and in the drawers. It could easily have been a 5 star review without these issues.

Hi Vikki, Regrettably they have gone into administration and have been advised to suspend trading at this time. This is now under new ownership by The Rug Seller and we are excited to continue trading which we are hoping to begin from the 1st April approximately. Please keep an eye out for the re-launch of the Shabby website and we look forward to building relationships with our customers.

Received email to say they’d sadly gone into administration due to covid etc...Have successfully reversed my payment by calling the bank which makes things a little easier Really sad to see this shop go, hopefully will be back

Slow delivery must slower than previous orders. Got email about covid staff issues/stock problems etc but still not happy with the delay

We have access to the customer service inbox, but unfortunately, we are unable to answer, view or action any enquiries regarding existing or previous orders as we do not have the facilities to locate these details and therefore cannot take further action. You may have received an email previously advising of the administration of the company and who to contact regarding any unresolved queries. We would advise to contact your bank to make a chargeback where possible, alternatively you can contact the administrators "Inquesta" who will work to return what balance may be owed from the sale of the business following administration. I brought 3 square mirror wall art, beautiful design. But the mirrors are very light, not heavy as they look in the photos online. Seem very cheaply made, not worth the money for what they are. Also took over 3 weeks to be delivered, the packaging was not very secure, not well wrapped for mirrors.

Lovely items online but delivery very slow. I bought something for Mother’s Day and it still hasn’t arrived. Have tried calling customer service this week a few times, to see if it could be sped up but no one picked up. I would order more frequently if delivery was quicker.

I am not happy. Ordered a table lamp on 26 January. I was told last week I would hear about delivery within two days - heard nothing. No reply on customer service phone line today.

Whilst this is a ‘nice’ mirror. In my opinion it is not worth the price tag. I have mirrors from Dunelm that cost half the price that are of better quality. My mirror arrived VERY well packaged but has scuffs with paint missing, a few dents in the metal surround and the paint used looks like Hammerite. The quality of the reverse isn’t great either. That being said I did keep the mirror, what with the pandemic getting it returned wasn’t an option for me. I was also surprised to find I wouldn’t get my money back and it would be a credit note.

Happy with the ginger jar I ordered. However the table lamp was very poor quality. The lamp shade was totally broken. Made of flimsy metal and cheap material. Disappointed I ordered from a UK website and the items are from China.

When I made initial contact prior to making the order, staff were really helpful and professional. The delivery was longer than originally estimated as came from supplier. Had to ring a few times to check on the delivery progress. Items looks good but close up isn't as good quality as hoped.

Waited ages on item. Had to email asking where it was, to then be told waiting on stock coming in. Fair enough, just let me know. Plate not brilliant print quality of design. But it was just a fiver :/

Delivery was quick. Product was of poor quality in my opinion due to the finish - where nails are on the item they have been poorly filled and painted over in a different colour white to the main light and the mechanism to attach the light to the ceiling chain is simply a screw between two of the antlers - pretty crap looking and not what you would expect from a light of this price.

When queried I was told that one of the items was on order even though the website said in stock. I wanted them for a party at the weekend but they arrived later than hoped so would recommend you contact them prior to ordering to check when it will actually turn up.....
