“I received the gold Halina table today. Unfortunately, as previously emailed to you, the dimensions of the table were not as stated in the description. The height and depth of the table were different. Accordingly, I have asked for a refund as the actual size is not suitable for my lounge. I would be grateful if the table could therefore be returned to you at your expense please.”

Hi Brenda, Regrettably they have gone into administration and have been advised to suspend trading at this time. This is now under new ownership by The Rug Seller and we are excited to continue trading which we are hoping to begin from the 1st April approximately. We have access to the customer service inbox, but unfortunately, we are unable to answer, view or action any enquiries regarding existing or previous orders as we do not have the facilities to locate these details and therefore cannot take further action. You may have received an email previously advising of the administration of the company and who to contact regarding any unresolved queries. We would advise to contact your bank to make a chargeback where possible, alternatively you can contact the administrators "Inquesta" who will work to return what balance may be owed from the sale of the business following administration. “Finally got my order today after 12 days waiting and I must admit it’s beautiful! Absolutely love the items and I was probably a bit harsh chasing and reviewing them previously when my delivery became a few days late. They told me they were really busy and were a few days behind, emails took about 48 hours to reply to which was a little frustrating but again they apologised as they are so busy. Overall I’m happy and would shop again x”

“I have wanted these mirrors for ages. Really pleased with the delivery and packaging but the quality of the mirrors were a little disappointing, especially as the cost becomes expensive when you buy three. Shame. Still love them though, hoping no one will notice.”
