Ordered items back in December. Haven’t received any of the items . I have Sent many emails asking where my items are. I’ve not had a single reply to any of my emails. Contacted them about 10 times now, with no response. Just an automated email reply. Their website is also closed for maintenance and there’s no record of them anywhere anymore. It’s been two months now and I’ve got no other way of contacting them and it doesn’t look like I’m getting my products. I’m so annoyed and disgusted how a company can take money off people, with no intention of sending out products.

I ordered a product, the order was cancelled but I have not been issued a refund. No response to any of my emails . I also can find the company on Companies House.

Bought & paid for goods on 26.11 and still awaiting . Sent numerous emails, the first few were answered with a promise of delivery , but now I’ve literally bombarded them with emails and nothing . I’m not sure what do do . Surely this can no be allowed to happen and they should not be trading at all . I feel very angry and frustrated that they have taken my money

I wouldn't even rate this store a 1 star. Ordered a mirror on the 30th November 2021, still not received and 'The Shabby Store' is ignoring my emails. Heard they have gone into liquidisation.

Same story as for others here. AVOID company at all costs. It’s a scam. I have reported them to my bank (to recover the money I paid for goods never received) plus Trading Standards. I noticed their website is now ‘under construction’. Perhaps they are being formally investigated. Hope so!!
