“This has to be by far THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. The sofa arrived with both the wrong parts and missing parts, the delivery guys would not take it back with them and left it with me unpackaged. When I tried to get in touch to sort this there is NO answer on the phone lines and emails take ages to be answered. Finally a collection for the refund was arranged, I reminded them the sofa was unpackaged and they collection guys would need to repack - they have turned up with no packaging so ca not accept the sofa without damaging it resulting in no refund. I can not get through the phone line to speak to anyone and no one is answering my email - I have 2 parts to the wrong sofa with no legs and no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - also the quality is terrible you can hear the plastic rustle underneath the fabric of the sofa!”
“After my NOT cheap wardrobe being delivered with broken door, (the only thing holding it together was the mirror, upper and lower carcus damaged. Informed them too wait another month for the parts to be sent to find the wrong parts been sent. Absolute shambles, come and get your junk and I want my money back. ????”
“🚨 Avoid Avoid Avoid 🚨 bought a single bed waited two months or more when it arrived box was damaged the wood was chipped but kept the bed as it wasn't going to been seen anyway build it and not even a week later the middle run gave way on my son while he was sat there watching tv, cant find a contract number to complain about the item as how do i go about a refund for the item as i don't have the package as that went two days ago on bin day i'm disabled and live in a small flat so cant hold on to empty boxes i don't expect the item to break within a week poorly design and poorly made item wish id seen the reviews before hand for what i payed i could have gone argos and got better product, i'm not happy save ur money go else where.

Company is a joke. No Customer Service or phone line available leaving you pretty stuck if you're an existing customer with an issue. No interest in supporting you as a customer. No level of organisation or even desire to convert you into a customer. Just pretty shocking all round. Cant even get through to a person to ask about product details or anything. Would not use again”

Months of emails and calls and stress trying to get a sofa which eventually arrived completely broken and terrible quality and then more stress trying to get a refund from them, it could not have been a worse experience. It was so much work trying to get them to answer calls to respond to emails and on the odd occasion they did they are unable to help. The delivery was so bad it was cancelled many times and then when they arrived to pick the broken sofa up they said they hadn't got enough room on the van! It was awful from start to finish.”

“Terrible company - DO NOT USE! They delivered 2/3 packages for a dresser we ordered and “couldn’t find the 3rd”. Their customer service was so slow I had to be the one acting as a go between for them and the delivery company. We’ve waited since April and still haven’t received it.

“AVOID! I would give them 0 stars if I could. Ordered a simple open wardrobe. It came mouldy, smelly and frankly disgusting. 2 weeks I have waited for a pick up date so it can be taken away and I can get my money back. Nothing. I have chased 3 times, still nothing. Is this rotten corpse going to completely decay in my bedroom while I wait for their customer services team to wake up? We shall see.”
“I just wanted to write to say how disappointed I was with my order. The shelves were not as pictured on your website. The wood is of poor quality, the brackets were too large for the depth of the shelf and there were extra blocks of wood attached to the undersides of the shelf.
I will not be recommending your company or ordering from you again. The product was nothing like what was shown.”
