No contact number to get in touch with the team. This review could have been avoided but with a 48 hour response to the pile of rubbish I have now sat in my living room I don't see much other options”
“AVOID! I have ordered a wardrobe back in February and have only now received it in April. The picture isn’t what the wardrobe was made out to be. There was pieces missing, flimsy and chipped wood and the whole wardrobe is wobbling back and fore. I have been left with no contact number or email to get hold of anyone from this website. My next step will be to get in touch with my bank to get my money back!”
“If I could give this less than one star I would!
All of the wood is chipped, half the wardrobe is missing, two mirrored doors not there, no rails to hang clothes, no H brackets to hold the back together, no handles, the doors they did supply just do not line up at all.
The quality is shockingly poor.
Contacted them they won't take the wardrobe back without the original packaging and I'll have to pay to get it collected, it will take 6 weeks for them to send out replacements.
Disgusting this was a 450 pound wardrobe”

Do not trust the response below. I am due a refund in line with my statutory rights as a consumer and consistent with the terms and conditions of the purchase. I have had 2 weeks of back and forth yet they still refuse to come and take their wardrobe (which has started falling apart) and refund me. I wish I had never heard of this shop as the wardrobe is taking up space and preventing me from enjoying my new home.”
“I wish I read the reviews before purchasing from this company… I waited 1month for my order only for me to get a damaged order. It’s been two weeks my order has been delivered and nothing has been done yet. I was told replacements of the damaged parts will arrive in 3-4 weeks and no compensation whatsoever after all the stress i have been put through with my order and also none of the company’s contact can be reached.
Please,do not fall victim of this fraud of a company.”
“Absolutely horrible company to purchase from. Ordered a sofa, the wrong one arrived 3 months later. Then after many complaints we finally got the right one a total of 6 months after the initial order. Now, 11 months in, the chaise part of the sofa snapped when sitting on it. I've been told that i'm too aggressive with my sitting, (I'm just 72kgs) and that it's not designed for that. Even though the sofa is under warranty and guarantee the company refuses to fix or replace the part. It's obviously poorly made, and while might look attractive on the surface, do not be fooled.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'm taking the company to the small claims court and CAB as they refuse to remedy the situation.”

The company does not give a reasonable date for when the cabinet will arrive and then it turns out that only when you pay they themselves place the order somewhere in the world and it took months for the product to arrive. They responded to each of our requests late and when the coffin arrived it had many knocks and defects.
It is not recommended to buy from them at all.
In addition to that, we also did not receive an instruction sheet on how to set up the cabinet and it took us days to guess.”
“I have had such an awful experience with this company. DO NOT BUY. Wardrobes arrived damaged, so they sent out new parts which took 6 weeks. This set was also damaged so they sent out a further replacement which took another 6 weeks. This second replacement was also damaged. Said they would send a third replacement, but 6 weeks later have cancelled this and have not responded in 2 months. I have ask for a refund, or even a part refund which they will not do. I am stuck with damaged wardrobes. Absolutely shocking and ridiculous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices and pictures.”

Unpacked wardrobe so many chips to the wood and scratches and glue coming off on places. Runners don’t line up so now the drawers don’t open properly and the doors don’t shut!”

“Be warned! Zero communication (people don't respond to emails, hang up on you), huge delays, constant change of delivery dates (no explanation). I've ordered a corner sofa (comes in two parts) and after over month delay they have delivered the same two left hand side parts of the sofa!!!. Now waiting for them to sort it out. Staff in the store are clueless. Absolutely terrible experience so think twice before you use this company.”
“One star review is too good. Do not use this site. Avoid at all costs. Absolute rip off merchants and the wardrobe supplied is an utter disgrace. Half the screws are missing, pre drilled holes missing and when you try screw anything into the wood it crumbles away. Tried escalating issue via customer service and been ignored numerous times. The website all of a sudden has stopped selling items, I’m guessing due to the amount of complaints. So still,13 weeks later,I’ve still no wardrobes and I’m massively out of pocket. Joke of a company”
“Avoid. The company takes no responsibility for damage. This is some drama. You can't reach them by phone anymore. They don't respond to emails either. I will have to take them to court to have them replace the damaged panels”
“No Refund given since I returning the item
I returned the item on 2nd March 2024 and was told that I would receive my money back in 14 working days, but after they emailed me saying that it was an error and the payment would be given to me in 30 days.
I still have not received my money back!!! And no response has been given about when the money will be transferred to my bank account!”
“They claim to offer a 30-day money back guarantee if there is a problem. But then they pretend they didn't get the message or that it's too late. A message was sent the next day and then they pretend they don't have it. At the end, they will tell you that the 30-day period has passed. They don't answer the phone and they charge a minimum of £150 to return the goods. They claim that they have a sales department, after-sales service, etc. that is busy, but there is only one person at the end of the line - a sole proprietorship. They don't answer the phone, they are difficult to reach, they behave rudely and are rude. If you buy from them, they are ok, but if there is a problem, they will tell you to go away. They are scammers and scammers. I reported them to Trading Standards, Citizens Advice and Anti-Fraud. I will participate in a legal auction against their company”
“AVOID !!!! This is the worst company we have ever dealt with! Shopping here is the most stressful we have ever had in our lives. They sent us the wrong wardrobe as ordered. After 2 months, they exchanged it for a correct order for which they expected an additional payment. And we weren't the ones who made a mistake. The quality is hopeless. After a month it's already falling apart. I recommend avoiding it at all costs.”
“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!. Once you buy it, you are nothing. The quality of these products are disgusting. I could go on here all day about what we just experienced. The wardrobe we bought was terrible. Damaged, the panels were different shades of gray and everything was dirty. When I contacted them, they said that once you open the boxes, you can't return them. How can I see what's inside without opening the boxes?

Don't be fooled by what they write on the website. They won't give you any money back unless the court tells them to.

Wouldn’t even give one star if I didn’t have to, after waiting over a month for my wardrobes to be delivered. I end up with tacky cheap looking wardrobes that are all dented and chipped as if I have had them for years. Drawer runners that don’t even correctly align.
