And I have reported them to trading standards as their customer service is appalling and they make up names of staff members that don't exist and make promises about live chat etc. This wasn't resolved instantly it took many more phonecalls and emails to rectify the situation that was entirely their fault. Do not part with your money to MN. It's all smoke and mirrors.”

They will take your money whether they have the product available or not and keep giving you false “advised” delivery dates and never actually send it. 3 months down the line and endless emails later I finally received my product with no help from them or reimbursement for the trouble unapologetic money grabbers.”

“The item we ordered was never dispatched - then when I chased them up after the delivery eta came and went they said to wait 5-10 days…so I asked for a tracking number so I could keep an eye on it…and the next thing they say is that, actually, the item was dispatched but then damaged in transit! Also, coincidentally,it was the very last one they had in stock so I’d have to pick something else…When I asked for the tracking number as proof this was actually the case they have ignored me. No idea why they are being either deliberately obscure about this or lying about it ever being dispatched? Either way, I didn’t trust them after this so am getting a refund. Pretty frustrating.”

“I’m sure that they are 100% a scam company at this point. Ordered a wardrobe and only received half of it. They are now refusing to give a refund, that’s when I actually get a response. I have sent numerous forms that they’ve asked me to fill in and photos of the half that they have sent me to prove that I haven’t received the full parcel. Still nothing. £575 down the drain. They told me they’re on tight deadlines to refund customers and now I haven’t had a response in 5 days.

“First time buying from this site and while I can’t fault the delivery time / service the item I received is such poor quality, I ordered bedside drawers and they look very cheap, the drawers itself have gaps either side and they don’t slide in and out very well. It also came with scratches and chipped paint”

Even though they had offered a date of my choice for the delivery and had mailed them of my inconvenience to collect the delivery before a date, I was bombarded with calls when I was away from the town for delivery. Back in town, I waited for almost one and a half to get my order delivered when I had my full payment in advance for the order unlike other furniture companies who offer monthly payments option. The order was delivered only after multiple calls and mails after mails with no call backs from the team. Very unprofessional service with no respect to customers time or money.”

Ordered a wardrobe 8 weeks ago.
it turned up after week 4 @ 11:00 at night , I was then told it would take 3 hrs to put up.
We were desperate so agreed for them to proceed, after taking all of the boxes up stairs I thought I’d take a look only to find two of the boxes severely damaged along with pieces of the wardrobe inside also damaged, I was then told by the installer it’s only the back and wouldn’t be seen.
For £1k I said I don’t think so take it away, it’s been rescheduled 3 times since and not turned up, it was then scheduled for today between 10-1 then changed to 2-5 and now showing on the link it’s not scheduled.
That’s 4 times I’ve moved everything out of our room into my 3 year old daughters room whom has had to stay with her grandparents, yes 4 times.
Absolute joke of a company and If you want to speak to customer service as we have probably 20 times you get diverted to India customer services who are absolutely so rude.
Hopefully you read this before you buy.”
