“NEVER use this company. Such a distressing experience, still no product to speak of and no one with any authority speaks to you or calls back to deal with a query. I imagine there are 3 employees max. They make up names of others that exist. We will be notifying trading standards and hopefully they get shut down before they take any more money from hardworking people. Awful awful. Wish we had read the negative reviews properly rather than the no doubt fake ones!”
“If I could give 0 stars I would. YOU TOOK THE PRODUCT BACK! And then had someone tell me I would get a full refund then said that it can’t be processed so you’re putting it on hold!! But didn’t say why or for how long your company is thieving and fraudulent! So you then told me to contact dispute team there’s no such thing! Trading standards will be involved and claims court because you’re breaking the law you legally have to give me my money back! Have all the photos to prove! You legally have to give a refund within 14 days if a customer isn’t happy regardless of why they want to send it back. IVE WAITED 4 months for a refund with the constant back and forth of emails! Issue my refund now! apparently because I asked Barclays to get involved they can’t give me a refund!! So now it’s another excuse when they dropped the ‘chargeback’ over a month ago!”
“All-round very disappointing experience. Order was expected to arrive after 2-3 weeks, took 6 weeks and lots of follow up emails. Tried to cancel my order as I hadn’t received a dispatched notification after 3 weeks, to be told there would be a £199 cancellation fee as the item was already with the delivery depot… took another 3 weeks after this point.
Order finally arrived only for nothing to be labelled and no instructions whatsoever - bare in mind this is a large glass sliding door wardrobe!”

Dont believe some of the good reviews as its believed they could have written this themselves. I emailed for a refund and no reply. The wardrobe needed to be assembled and it arrived damaged. “Never ever bye from this company I had await of 3 weeks for a wardrobe what didn’t turn up then waited another week to be told to wait as it’s on its way , I needed a Wardrobe badly so went and bought one locally , I rang this company and asked them to cancel my order then they didn’t refund the full amount and kept £169 of my money , the bank is involved now and it is going through a dispute , these are definitely a fraud company and I really hope they end up with nothing and loose everything please don’t ever bye from them , I really wish that I had read all the reviews before byeing from these things
Also when ordering from these people they don’t tell you there’s a charge of £169 to cancel you ordered on the 11th of April and they give you a estimated delivery 25th apr to 1st of may a week went by I rang to cancel to be then told on the phone item got damaged in transit and I could pick the next best thing , I told them I didn’t want the next best thing and said cancel my order , this is the uk and I can’t wait for the bank to take my money off u 😃”
“DO NOT SHOP HERE!! These people are scammers!!!! they did not send me a confirmation email and when I had contacted them to cancel my order (wardrobe) they charged me £199 cancellation fee for an order I didn’t receive. They also lied and said the order was delivered which clearly wasn’t because I had cancelled it way before the expected delivery date. First they forwarded a fake email showing my order confirmation then they lied and said I give them the wrong email hence why I didn’t receive a confirmation,
The staff are all a bunch of liars. I will be taking them to court eventually for a refund of my £199 that that kept for an item they didn’t delivered. THIEVES & SCAMMERS”
“Very poor quality, wrong colour, measurements wrong, and the material is peeling away. Contacted customer service who were no help, even though I contacted them straight after delivery. Save your money, buy elsewhere”
“I hesitated to buy it, it is expensive. but I must say that in short it is worth for people who have bone or muscle problems, I suffer lupus ostearticular and since I have it in short I have had a very good improvement, I can be more in bed resting, it is firm for the spine but smooth with the contours, now I want to buy a pillow of the same brand, my mattress is firm orthopedic too, is already 3 years old and this “top” came to renew it. I had no problem with shipping, it comes in roll and immediately takes its shape although it says to wait a couple of hours, it is not hot at night or cold, 5 stars definitive.”
