“Money must mean everything to this company, as they don't like constructive criticism, or honest reviews (only reviews that suck up how great their products are) TWICE now I have left an honest review on their site for an Inspire Fitbit protective cover, .... only for them to instantly remove both. SO I HAVE RESORTED TO HERE TO HAVE MY SAY, AND BE HEARD. My review is as follows: My Inspire Fitbit protective cover arrived in a timely manner, and it does look attractive when installed (literally you need to dismantle the Fitbit to install but hey yeah, easy to put on, (one review said) ... NOT. I was very happy with my purchase, until I got it wet. See, the screen cover traps water between the protective screen and the Fitbit itself, which LITERALLY renders the touch screen useless. I suggested that it's a design fault, and could easily be corrected at the factory, by omitting the clear screen all together. Overall disappointing that "Mobile Mob", doesn't like the honest truth.”

“I paid straight away, but the Item didnt arrive for weeks. No-one replied to emails for weeks. Phone was never answered. Eventually after a lot of effort, they finally replied and it turned out that the package wasnt even sent yet. It eventually arrived weeks after the promised delivery date, with everything intact. I would not buy from them again.”

“I was really let down by the customer service offered by Mobile Mob, or lack thereof in regards to tracking my delayed parcel. I sent two emails to them asking for assistance but, no one got back to me nor did I receive any confirmation that my message had been received. I eventually received my parcel after a fortnight.”
