“The guys in the lab were very helpful and friendly and I was more than pleased with repair of the screen. However when I got back home I was not aware that after having the screen repaired on my phone that my thumb print would not be accepted anymore as part of the security to get into my phone, this function doesn't seem to work anymore on the Samsung 7 Edge.”

“The replacement part that was fitted solved the problem that I had, and the customer service was great. I had a good conversation on the online chat service which helped me to understand what the problem was and what I needed to solve it. also, the customer service during this was great too and results in a 10% discount. overall the service was brilliant, however, the repair could have taken a little less time, as I had to change some other things around my day because it took longer to do than I anticipated. overall good service.”
