“The replacement part that was fitted solved the problem that I had, and the customer service was great. I had a good conversation on the online chat service which helped me to understand what the problem was and what I needed to solve it. also, the customer service during this was great too and results in a 10% discount. overall the service was brilliant, however, the repair could have taken a little less time, as I had to change some other things around my day because it took longer to do than I anticipated. overall good service.”

“Great service. Great price. Replaced screen on two iPhones for the price of one at Apple store. All done in short amount of time at their Bulwell branch. As I smash the screens all the time I will definitely return back to Mobile Lab (however I hope I will not have to!). Thanks guys for making my phone look and work like new :-)”
