“MOD was a pleasure from start to finish. Their design department was so easy to work with, and helped me understand how to lay out the art to look amazing on the backdrop. The kits came, and were easy to put together (less than 30 minutes from start to finish). The display materials are really nice quality, and look amazing. I would highly recommend MOD for anyone!”

“We were assigned Chris Looman as our Sales Rep. Chris was completely unresponsive. We sent 3 emails to him with shipping details, questions and confirmation of emails and he never responded. We had the wrong address that could have been caught if Chris read any of our emails. Thankfully, Jarrett Lambert stepped in - because he took over and went above and beyond to fix the mistake. I can't say enough about Jarrett's customer service. If we wouldn't have received the booth in time, we would have been out $40k. He is my hero :) And made it all come together. He worked well into 9pm in the evening, continuing to communicate with me on the situation. I would have had a lot of very unhappy Mudd employees/ownership if it wasn't for Jarrett. We will continue to bring business to MOD Displays because of Jarrett. Thank you again!”

“The team was amazing in helping us when we had a fire and our display was ruined. The show was a week away and they got us a new display on time. They were all so very helpful and wonderful. Thank you to all of them!!”

“With MODdisplays being out of state (I am in Illinois) - I was reluctant to move forward with the order. But, much to my surprise and beyond my expectations - I made the right decision to have them build our 10x10 booth. We received all the components soon after the order was placed, and before the expected date. We are very happy with our experience. Chris and Vika were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company for your conference needs.”

“We are very happy with our 10' x 20' display purchase. It is of good quality, cost effective for us and it arrived on time. When we needed to replace one of the supports due to an accident at a show, customer service responded quickly.”

“I am extremely pleased with the service and dedicated of the MODdisplay Staff. Kelly Feller (customer service) and Michael Varner (graphics) were excellent to work with. “1. I thought the white color could be whiter. It was off-white and had some bleed from the other colors. 2. The podiums are very flimsy and the plastic containers are of poor quality. 3. Set up was easy. 4. The team was very easy to work with and responsive. 5. Kelly was very good!”

“Love the new Igniter LED lit wall it turned out beautiful. The Illumination really brought the graphics to life. I will be ordering more in the near future. The service was very quick and the service team was both friendly and helpful. The wall was delivered earlier than the deadline date provided, which was a wonderful surprise. Job well done!”

“Loved the booth. Hated the shipping procedure followed. Improper paperwork and extremely delayed dispatch. Booth reaches the venue city customs only on the day of the event. Had to struggle to get the booth delivered on time.”

We are very happy to hear you loved your booth. In regards to your shipping procedure concerns, we apologize for any confusion. When shipping within the United States, most orders deliver very quickly with little effort needed. With international shipments like this one (Singapore) there is a heightened risk of running into unforeseen customs delays. Fortunately, we were able to work together to update both shipper and receiver information so that this booth made it through customs in Singapore to deliver in time for the event. We hope you enjoyed your booth and we appreciate you taking a moment to provide feedback on your experience with MODdisplays!
