“Modern Rugs were very prompt in sending my rug but it was the wrong one. Still a lovely rug though with gorgeous colours and thick soft wool pile. I realised my room was too small for the vibrant rug I had ordered so had to cancel my order and there was no problem in giving me a prompt refund.”
