“Bought 4 large rugs to decorate my new shop. Three of them are sumptuous, had to exchange the fourth which wasn't suitable. Very happy, they make the shop look amazing”

“Lovely quality rugs. Lots of modern designs. I particularly liked the choice of sizes, as we have used ours as runner on our stairs and landing. We chose from the sale which also had great choice”

“The rug is exactly as it appears on the website. It is good quality & the colours just match my furnishings beautifully. However, the staff weren’t very helpful when it came to giving me a delivery day. Overall, I would order again from Modern Rugs UK.”

“I am delighted with the rug. However the service left much to be desired and phone calls were not returned. emails were not fully answered so it took over 2 weeks to place an order.”

“The two rugs arrived in good time for Christmas and when unwrapped looked of exceptional quality and better than they appear in sales photos. When placed onto our hardwood hall floor it transformed its appearance and our seasonal visitors over the holiday were so impressed with the quality for the cost they too are going to purchase themselves. Well done to Modern Rugs.”

“I had to wait a long time for the delivery of the rug I ordered - 8 wks I believe. But communication was good. Instead of being a rug for me it will now be a Christmas present for someone else.”

“Item was not in stock at first but I was informed of this before ordering and given an expected delivery date. The rug arrived on the date and is exactly what I was looking for, for our summer house. Very modern and great quality”

“With two mucky pooches, we needed a machine washable rug. We are very pleased with it. Just not giving it 5 stars as we've not had it long enough to know how it will perform when it inevitable needs washed, although I'm sure it will be fine!”

“The service from the company is great but they now use DHL for their delivery and this service is very bad left my rug at a collection point and luckily had someone with a car who could pick it up”
