“Loved the style of rug on the website, it was delivered in just a couple of days. Unfortunately I didn't like the rug, the colours were not quite as vivid as the pictures. I returned the product, staff was very cooperative on phone and received quick refund. Cant ask for much more with a retailer.”

“I am very pleased with the quality of the rug and the fact it is tailor made for the space. It is a very reasonable price for the quality and the service and the fact that it really is exactly what i wanted. I had a live chat with a team member first who advised which product to go for.”

“The rug is perfect and just as expected. Great size and looks great. Doesn't seem to lift easily even though it's on a wooden floor. Had a few issues with the delivery company used by Modern Rugs UK however they were very helpful and sorting out the issue.”

“I ordered over the phone as I wanted to see if they would price match and they were more than happy to once I had sent a link showing where I could get the rug cheaper. They also applied an extra discount which was a nice gesture. I did ask, as I was ordering numerous days ahead, if I could have the rug delivered on the Monday as I would be at home and I was assured I could but, alas, received notification that it was going to be delivered on the Friday so I had to change delivery address and go and collect from elsewhere. There was an error on the address line too but as it was to be delivered elsewhere this didn't create a problem. The rug is meant to be terracotta and beige but in fact it seems to be grey so I did consider returning it but because the rug was a lovely quality and really good value for money I decided to keep it. The ordering process was easy and fast, the staff on the end of emails/phone were very helpful and I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again. Very pleased.”

“Quality of product good. Reasonable value I though if a tad on the expensive side. My one gripe is that I bought this rug to use in my bathroom based on it being the “bathroom mats and rugs” section of the website, only to find when it arrived that it was not washable and therefore not really suitable for a bathroom. So I do feel that it was miss-sold in that regard.”

“Very good quality. Love the colour in that it’s red but slightly textured too. Arrived a bit earlier than expected which was a bonus. Asked for a non slip cover to go with it but that didn’t arrive sadly.”

“Your service I cannot fault. But the company you use UPS for delivery I found not very good. The reason for this after. Sending you a e-mail to you to cancel delivery for mucking me about they still delivered unknown to me later in the day and it has cost me £17 to send it back to you.”

“The rug is lovely, of a very high quality and feels lush to walk on. The delivery time was quite long - 12 days - but worth the wait. It’s a beautiful item.”
