“There was a bit of confusion over delivery dates but everyone was helpful on the phone and sorted it out. We ordered the Yellow Happy Kilim and it is exactly what we needed and, most importantly, looks just like it did in the photo. We wanted something bright yellow and had already sent back a rug bought elsewhere which looked right on the website but turned out to be a dark mustard colour. The rug is good quality and the price was reasonable.”

“We absolutely love the rug we ordered. Only reason am giving 4 not 5 is that it was unclear before ordering and paying that it was not in stock. However, the after sales team were great with updates and advice. We are super happy with our purchase.”

“I was very happy with the selection available but still shopped around to get the best possible price for my rug as it was available from other suppliers - but Modern Rugs UK remained the cheapest, it was easy to order and delivery was within the 10-14 days. Very happy with the rug :)”

“Great selection of rugs, website was super easy to navigate! Speedy delivery and the rug is AMAZING. The colours are so vibrant and it’s so soft, took a day or two to flatten out but really pulls my room together. Looks exactly as advertised, and the colours are so great.”

“I am very happy with the rug I received. The delivery takes a bit of time, but with the rug itself I have nothing to say. It is as I exepected, very nice, good quality. If I knew I would just have take a bigger size to fit my flat but love it.”

“Quick, efficient service. This is the second rug I’ve purchased. The duck egg rug I bought was great colour. It feels soft underfoot. I’ve noticed after 2 weeks that it is shedding all the long thin shiny strands which I keep finding on the floorboards! Apart from that it’s great.”

“I would give 5/5 but the delivery came the day after it was supposed to. So not a fault of the manufacturer as such, but just added inconvenience. Happy with the rug, seems good quality. Reasonable value too.”
