“I have purchased several rugs from this company and the fact that I am a returning customer should indicate my complete satisfaction with their delivery, quality, range and prices. The rugs have been admired by many.”

“I received terrible customer service from this company. I returned a rug and underlay for exchange and was told that the underlay had not been returned. I said it was in the same package and had defiantly been posted and I wanted to buy a different rug and suitable underlay. They would not refun d the underlay just the rug and told me I couldn't have free underlay I purchased another rug. I said it wouldn't be free as I had paid for it then returned it. Wrote complaint emails to their complaints address - no response - next step sending to the directors - DO NOT USE”

“The customer service was very good, flexible enough to delay delivery until a more convenient time. I had a query which the customer service team were very helpful with answering. I really love the rug now it's down in my dining room, it looks really beautiful, the colour and finish is great.”

“I love MR and have purchased several items from there both for myself and my daughters house. They are a great price with quality rugs and really good value for money in comparison to other retailers. I would highly recommend a purchase and they are sent well packed and in a speedy time frame. Fantastic!”
