“Made an online order, received an email almost immediately confirming my purchase but after 1week i did not receive delivery or an update. I called Modern Rugs who were polite and helpful. The rug had been put of stock and I was told it would be delivered shortly. I then received the rug within a week. Thank you”

“The quality of these rugs is outstanding, loved them so much purchased 17 for our Villa in Spain & shipped them out there. Only problem is they are doormats theoretically but because they are so lush & thick people think they are expensive rugs & tend to walk around them rather than across them. Can not count how many people have asked where I purchased them from. Well done Modern Rugs love love love them”

“Very good looking, the price was amazingly good value, the rug arrived within 5 days from my ordering. I would DEFINETLY use Modern rugs again, they have rugs that are so different from the high street and their choices were amazing. 5 star service. Thankyou”
