“I returned the rug as the colours didn’t look as bright as seen on the website But saying this , the rug was good quality It’s a shame that a big company like Morden rugs asks you to pay for returning an item This would be fine if it was a small item but a rug is obviously costly to send signed for delivery”

Returning a hall runner like the one you purchased should be relatively inexpensive as it can be sent with Hermes or Royal mail for around £5.00. We do offer free delivery for every order.
