“Returned rug as unsuitable but a fortnight later I’ve still not received a refund or been able to get a response to my emails. Impossible to get through by phone.”

“Disappointed. I was so looking forward to receiving the Kilry tartan runner for my hallway, but when it arrived I noticed that it didn't quite match with my expectations unfortunately. It looks like a second which has been pulled. You can see it along the back of the runner where it was clearly caught on the machine. Pity, as this was my first order and I had planned to go back to the Company in the future.”

“My rug wasn't in stock after when I ordered. I got email can chose any other rugs or waiting when it will be in stock again. I was worried order sometimes on internet, but Modern Rugs Uk did the Best. Finally I got my rug and I'm so happy about it. Thank you very much. 100% I'll order again when need more carpet or rug.”

“FAST.. EFFICIENT ..RELIABLE .. I ORDERED MY RUG ON A TUESDAY THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY IT WA ON MY FLOOR AND I LIVE IN SPAIN !!! THE RUG IS LOVELY IN FACT NICER IN THE FLESH !!! THAN ON THE INTERNET I WOULD CERTAINLY ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN ALSO DELIVERY TO SPAIN WAS NOT EXPENSIVE IWOULD HONESTLY GIVE DIEZ ESTRELLA 10 STARS”

“I was spoilt for choice, however I managed to narrow it down and ordered 2 rugs without any difficulty. Delivery was tracked and all items were delivered within 6 days. Both rugs are absolutely gorgeous, even better than the photos, and the non slip rug grip works so well it's worth every penny.”

“I spent quite a long time looking for the right rug to go in our living room and decided in the end to spend a little more and go with modern rugs, as they offered a more unique range. I was not disappointed, I absolutely love the rug I received and would happily purchase another from the same website without looking elsewhere first.”

“The lack of communication from Modern Rugs regarding my not inexpensive order is now quite concerning. I placed my order on 27/11/19 with delivery promised in 5-10 days. I cannot get through on the phone - I requested a call-back and still have not received one. The only update I received on my order was to remind me, after I made contact via the website, that my order lead time was 7-10 days (it was 5-10). This being the case, I should be expecting delivery tomorrow at the latest and I haven't received any further correspondence from Modern Rugs. Very concerning.”
