“I made the mistake of getting layers… and let’s just say, they did not suit me at all. I wanted my hair to grow back FAST, so I looked for something to help. I started using the shampoo, conditioner, and growth spray, and I swear my hair is growing faster than usual. My hair also feels softer and less frizzy, which is a huge bonus. Still waiting for it to reach my desired length, but so far, I’m impressed!”

“I’m 67 years old with thin, natural curly hair and my hair doesn’t grow! I’m trying the pills, shampoo and conditioner, mask and spray; 3 months later I have baby hair and it’s easier to manage but I’m still on the fence about actually growing length. I’m going to give MOERIE products a year to work. I don’t like the fact that I can’t talk to a live person because my orders have been all over the place and confusing.”

“I never used to care too much about my hair. I mean, I wanted it to look nice, but I wasn’t the kind of person who had a whole routine. Just shampoo, conditioner, and that’s it. But last year, my hair started changing. It got thinner, drier, and suddenly, I was seeing way more strands on my brush than I ever had before. At first, I thought it was stress. Work was crazy, and I was barely getting enough sleep. But no matter how much I tried to “just relax,” my hair kept looking worse. It lost its shine, felt rough, and no product seemed to help. I started looking up hair growth tips, trying oils, masks, DIY treatments… nothing made a real difference. One night, I was scrolling on my phone, and I saw a before&after picture of someone who had been struggling with hair loss like me. Her results were insane. Shiny, thick, healthy hair. I read her review, then another, and another. I thought, okay… maybe THIS is the one thing I haven’t tried yet. So I ordered the full set-shampoo, conditioner, spray, and vitamins. “Very bad, I used the Moerie shampoo and conditioner, The next day my hair was burned off on one side of my head, Burnedd OFF. They won’t do anything, only give you 14 days, they do this so you don’t even have time to try it.”

“Horrible customer service, spray bottles not properly packed leaked all over the set. They passed the buck everytime I contacted to get sprays replaced. Impossible. I want to love this product but can’t get passed the fact they are so horrible to deal with. A simple request to replace a bottle of their spray that should have had a seal so it would leak out turned in to a frustrating mess. Luckily I ordered from Amazon so I returned without a problem entire wet soggy mess empty bottles and all. One customer service person basically called me a liar even with pictures….tried to upload pictures but they wouldn’t accept on this review”

“Buyer beware. Although they touted money back guarantee that's not the case. I used it for 3 months and it did not work. They want you to take pictures, monitor the growth all throughout the process...didn't know this. I don't have time for that. All I can tell you is I had high hopes and was let down. I wouldn't recommend.”
