The desk is solid, doesn't wobble and the lift is smooth. All good things. However, the cable management is something of a joke if you're a gamer or creator and have a lot of cords. That is what took the review from 5 stars to 4. Also, I ordered a file cabinet with the desk. Twice, it was sent to me and arrived badly damaged. While MojoDesk DID stand behind it and ultimately refund my purchase, that was not the experience I was looking for. 3 stars. Finally, assembly and shipping is not a speedy process. If you're in a hurry, look elsewhere.

The build of the desk is great, however if the desk loses power and RST shows up, you have to lower the desk to its lowest settings which is REALLY low, to low for my PC setup, i have a tall tower, that i can not put to the side of the desk. So i have to drop my rig sideways when this happens, which i am not a fan of.

A bit bummed. Unit was shipped and received damaged. Not bad enough to return, but wish it was packed better.

I’m a little grumpy because the items were 25% off before I even received them I had 12 % off already and asked for a match of the extra 13% but wasn’t approved.

Everything was fine except the power supply under the desk for the legs and controller. The clip was/is broken and just hanging. Just finished putting together a couple of days ago with the photos below.

My MojoDesk has worked well for me for a couple years now. However, some of the craftsmanship leaves something to be desired. 1. The screws that secure the tabletop to the stand have stripped on my desk making the top lose. Fortunately, it is secure enough to not wobble when I go from sitting to standing. 2. I was never able to fully use the attachment that secured my desktop tower to the desk. 3. The cable management attachment that runs the length of the desk leg has broken. 4. I got the black top stand-up desk which collects a lot more dust and stains than I would like. Overall though its a decent desk that I see myself using for awhile still.

The desk arrived on time and the communication upon placing the order was great. The desktop had damage and a replacement was immediately shipped out upon putting in a claim as well. I'm taking off two stars since this desk is in the premium price range but has a very sharp edge at the bottom of the desk top. A rounded finish at the front lip would have given the premium feel to this product.

The desk is great but when lowering or raising it the system acts like something is inhibiting the movement so the desk reverses direction. I have checked everything but can’t get it to operate properly. I think the sensor is too sensitive. This is the second time I have reported situation. Very frustrating.

You can find this on our Quick Fixes page and sorry this has happened. Page: https://mojodesk.com/pages/quick-fixes-troubleshooting DESK REBOUNDS / CHANGES DIRECTIONS WHILE RAISING / LOWERING MojoDesk is equipped with an Anti-Collision sensor and it is on the highest, most sensitive mode "A-3" by default. To decrease the sensitivity please follow these steps. Press and hold the “▲” “▼” buttons for 5 seconds at the same time to switch the sensitivity. Once the display shows "A- #" it has cycled to the next setting. Release buttons and repeat to cycle through settings. A-0 = Anti-Collision function is off | A-1 = Low Sensitivity A-2 = Medium sensitivity | A-3 = High Sensitivity (default)

So far, I like the actual desk and the accompanying accessories I purchased. The ordering process did not go as planned. I had parts that were damaged and needed to be replaced. It took a month from when I ordered to actually use my desk. So my experience overall was dragged down.

From the initial delay in fulfilling your order to the issues with shipping damage, we acknowledge the frustration and inconvenience this caused. We were a day over the posted fulfillment time on our site and then the desktop arrived damaged from transit. Our customer care representative created your desktop replacement order and it was on track to get to you as quickly as possible. We were then shut down for 2 days due to the snowstorm that hit Colorado and we continued to have power outages. The next business day, we were notified that you received an error code that indicates a control box may need to be replaced. This could have been related to the shipping damage. Thanks for notifying us so we could ship the control box replacement and desktop replacement the same afternoon. At a later date, it was then discovered that a crimped wire in the leg column was the culprit of the error code since the control box replacement did not solve this. Our customer care representative spoke with you on the phone to clarify the situation and make sure there was not any other damage that occurred. We fulfilled the leg replacement order that same day. I apologize for the shipping error that occurred on our end, that two leg replacements were shipped instead of only one and a “QC Pass” sticker on the leg that was meant to be removed after testing. Please know that we have taken your feedback seriously and have already begun implementing measures to prevent similar issues in the future. We have reviewed our processes across all stages, from packaging to shipping, to ensure that such incidents are minimized. Love the shape, cable management, and electronic adjustability. I can deal with the textured surface which requires the use of a notepad. But the lack of even a single drawer option reduces its utility.

I have the 2 piece desk, which I now understand to be the cause of the challenges I have had. there is still a squeek at the joint between the 2 desktop parts. In addition, there were a couple of places under the desk that were missing the rubber grommets. Customer service sent me replacement grommets but there does not appear to be any way to get them in place short of taking the desktop off the base. My other challenge has been how to best wire underneath the desk, given that I have 3 motors spread accross the corners of the desk, as well as the control box and the junction box. In addition I have the monitors, laptop and other electronics.

First of all, I love the design of this desk. The works top is very spacious and I have enough room for most of the things I need on my desk. It’s heavy duty and and feels super solid. (Dog not included) Here are some minor drawbacks for me: - the electrical box that powers the height of the desk underneath the worktop always hits my knees making it annoying. A better design would have been to put it at the back of the desk. - The edges of the desk are somewhat sharp irritate on my forearms after a few hours. - there is no built-in drawer or drawer option for supplies like pens and scissors. It doesn’t even need to be a big one, just some thing where I can keep pens out of the way get handy for easy access. I was able to find is a janky plastic one on Amazon that adheres with double sided tape that does the job. With some design improvements this could be a 5-star rating.

This is a review after two years of use. It's also worth mentioning I purchased this at the start of the COVID/quarantine period when such items were highly in demand. The desk was easy to assemble but is much easier with two people. The cabling for the leg motors was a bit long and had excessive droop. This required some cable management which could've been avoided if the provided cables were the correct size. Not a difficult job, but given the nature and expense of the desk it was unexpected. The desk has held up well after two years. The top is still unmarred with the occasional dusting and cleaning. My primary complaint is that shortly after purchasing the motors started to make more noise on the descent. There is also a small "shudder" when descending. While it hasn't gotten worse over the years, it is a detractor from the overall quality of the desk. Overall, I would purchase the desk again as it has made all the difference when working from home. Now that we're further out from the major supply/demand problems, I would ask for more support on the above motor issue as well.

Does what it says it's going to do, but ergonomically doesn't make sense. They put all the cord handling stuff and crossbar support for the desk right in the middle where you will bang your knees. Also the soft roll of the edge where you sit, just makes that whole section of the desk unusable for things like a keyboard or mouse.

the desk is great. i reached out to support regarding an issue with one of the legs i had and never heard from them. i’ve been dealing with it since so that’s been a bummer having it for so long not working 100%

I asked for help repairing my height controller but Mojo never completed the process. They were only willing to help via phone calls or video calls but I was on the West Coat working shift work and they didn’t provide any times I could call. Carbon fiber top should have a bit more epoxy on top for a smooth finish so writing in pen and a computer mouse aren’t impacted by the texture. The cable guides need more development. The vertical guide plastic retention pegs allow cabling to pop out too often. The monitor arms are weak and leave much to be desired. The legs spread out over time so that there’s more resistance when changing desk heights which requires regularly lifting the desk to make them vertical, if you don’t realign the legs the impact sensor stops and reverses the desk anytime you change heights. Also got their variermove chair, recommend not getting it.
