“My least favorite thing about the desk is the finish on the top. Even though I selected the "wood" facade finish, I would've never ordered it if I would've known that there wouldn't have been a smooth finish on the desk. It constantly rubs my elbows raw, as I rest them on the desk ... making the bevelled edge irrelevant because the desk is more comparable to sandpaper then something I'd like to rest my arms on. It is also incredibly difficult to write on ... so now when I fill out paperwork, I literally have to put a notepad under the paper I am writing on so that the "Grain" doesn't catch my pen and make my penmenship look INCREDIBLY terrible. The only other suggestion I could make, is to really drive home that there is a difference in the outlet connection that sits on your desk, to give you additional electrical options, and the other snap on electrical outlet that connects to your legs of your desk for your computer and monitors, etc ... When it said I was getting the one for free, I unloaded the other one from my basket not reading to far into what I was actually getting ... So if I were provided a better picture of what I was actually getting for free in lieu of just the near picture that showed the product alone, I would've known to purchase the other piece that is really needed to make the desk work.”

“I was very pleased with the quality and build process of MojoDesk. Although part of my order was lost, they expidited the missing item even over the holidays and stayed in communication with me the entire time. I will certainly order from them again.”

“Quality of the components is very good. Very strong and sturdy desk.instructions could be better and would be nice if there was customer service/support on weekends. May want to consider not using ups for shipping. All the boxes looked like they were tossed around and damaged with exception of the magnetic cable trays that were mark fragile. They were undamaged, the back corner of the 72" top was crushed but was not going to wait for a replacement so I am living with it. Other than that, happy with the table. Could benefit from a 30" depth versus 27" but live and learn”

“I purchased 2 desks and all accessories. I really like the desk, it's sturdy and was easy to put together. I had one set of wheels, the wheel lock broke when turning the desk over. It's a little disappointing that this email is right next to one to save 25%. I purchased it all separately, but now it's a bundle with larger savings. I purchased this desk over the magnus desk pro because it had a discount code, where the magnus pro was like save 20$ a few thousand dollars of desks and accessories. You also threw a couple of accessories as well, like the wheels for one desk. Some accessories were great. The magnet power bar, while expensive is awesome. The magnetic cable tray is also awesome. The power chain is okay but seems plastic, flimsy, and gimmiky. Others like the monitor arm didn't work with my asus monitor, and I have had to go shopping elsewhere for adaptors. The worst was the computer mount. Even though the computer is within the dimensions, It could benefit from an extra hole, and spacing the initial hole away from the leg. Attaching the mount and the computer is a nightmare and it had the computer swing and rub against the desk leg. I will be returning both mounts.”

“Overall very good quality. A couple of gripes though, mostly just about communication around features prior to purchase. First, though the laminate surface was advertised as good for a mouse without a pad, I think there is too much friction and too abrasive to mouse feet for this really to be the case. Also, the black/grey laminate surface was advertised as “scratch-proof” but I quickly found this was not the case, even in a moderate sense. Within the first month or so I found just the simple action of occasionally sliding a keyboard back and forth over the surface scratched it quite noticeably and easily. I still think this is a great desk and still like the surface, but there’s absolutely no way this should be advertised as “scratch proof.””

“The easy of assembly was spot on. The desk has been really good and the quality of the motors has not degraded over the years. The only complaint is that at a time have my cpu on the desk and the heat caused the gray coating to yellow. I’ve attempted to clean the staining but have had no luck. I’ve had to place a large desk mat on the desk to cover the yellowing.”

“This is a great sit-stand desk. It is sturdy and works well. The only thing is that it makes a strange clicking sound when it rises. I have tried reaching out mojodesk but I never heard back and I didn't pursue it since it didnt seem to affect the functioning of the desk but it is just a small annoyance. My partner got one as well and his does not make that noise.”

“Purchased 2 desks for our home office. Wanted the flexibility to sit/stand, ability to move desk to different place based on our work video call needs and make the office more practical. The build quality is solid and the desks are very stable with dual monitor setups. The desks went together in about a half an hour, so quickly. The cable managment makes for a clean look and plenty of power for additional accessories. We did have some motor issues with 1 desk, but Mojo stayed with it until it was resolved, providing the replacement part and return shipping labels with scheduling pickup from the house. All in all, the experience from order to functional workspace was a good experience.”

“The desk has worked perfectly for a few months now. I have 3 screens and 2 computers and the longer 72" desk works well. Minimal wobble even when in the high position. Only 2 problems: USB port didn't work unfortunately. One of the threaded holes in the vertical legs needed to be re-cut for complete assembly. I took care of it easily enough but required a trip to teh hardware store for the tap.”

“I'm really happy with my MojoDesk! Initially, I had reservations about the desk's design, but it turned out to be just right. I was a bit let down by the lack of being able to opt out of the cord management hole cutouts. No biggie. My main issue lies with the control panel being touch-sensitive, which means my body can accidentally activate it if I'm too close to it. Moreover, with kids around who enjoy messing with it, engaging the lock mode feels overly time-consuming. Additionally, there's a bit of a delay when unlocking it, that if you push one of your presets too soon, it will change it. The controls are the only annoyance but enjoy the desk snd use it daily!!”

“Overall well made desk with nice materials and a smooth motor. The only downside for me is that the cord cover is spaced too far forward and hits my knees when I am sitting. I have the large L-shaped desk, so it might not be an issue for other desk sizes.”

“Incredible improvment for my work environment. Super easy to put together despite my tongue in cheek video review (attached) :-) I wish there were a way for these desks to incorporate storage solutions. I did buy two filling cabinets that matched the wood as closely as I could get it to match. The motor is reasonable both in speed and decibels, I love the curved edge the model I have included. The only very slight negative I would say is that is does get a little wiggly as you have it in the standing position. My standing position is at 44.5, so I do expect it to lose some stability at that height, but otherwise superior product, the leg posts feel nice and solid, and I've been recommending it to all my work from home warriors!~”

“Overall I enjoy the desk very much, it is sturdy and meets all my needs. My only single complaint is that the bottom front edge of the desk surface is not rounded and is very sharp and painful when it comes into contact with skin (I've actually scraped myself on it before). It would have been a lot better if the bottom edges were also slightly rounded like the top left/right/back edges.”

“Love my adjustable-height Mojo Desk! The only thing preventing me from giving it a 5-star review is that periodically while adjusting down from standing height it seems to trip a safety sensor and stops the descent. A quick release and re-engagement of the control button solves the issue and then continues descending to sitting height.”

We apologize for the issue you encountered with the control button but here is a quick fix. That is our collision detection sensor that sounds like the sensitivity needs to be adjusted down. Here is how to do that: DESK REBOUNDS / CHANGES DIRECTIONS WHILE RAISING / LOWERING MojoDesk is equipped with an Anti-Collision sensor and it is on the highest, most sensitive mode "A-3" by default. To decrease the sensitivity please follow these steps. Press and hold the “▲” “▼” buttons for 5 seconds at the same time to switch the sensitivity. Once the display shows "A- #" it has cycled to the next setting. Release buttons and repeat to cycle through settings. A-0 = Anti-Collision function is off | A-1 = Low Sensitivity A-2 = Medium sensitivity | A-3 = High Sensitivity (default) If any other issues arise, please let us know so that we can provide assistance. “Overall, I like the desk. Few negative items related to the shipping process: #1 - The central controller (black box in the middle of the frame) was damaged during transportation. Big crack at the top, and one side attachment was broken. Luckily the unit itself is in working condition, and I used the universal tool "ducktape" to keep it in place. #2 - I place the order for a dual monitor holder but received the single one. It was an unexpected surprise.”
