I found that sleeping in silk sheets and pillow cases keeps me cool when it's hot and warms me instantly when I get in bed with my cold feet. The silk duvet is beautiful and luxurious. The value here is incredible.”

When contacting Customer Service I was told that in order to use my points I needed to Click on the Rewards button and follow the link yo my points. DAH! I had been doing that for hours and your ridiculous system kept giving me an error message. When I contacted Customer Service for a Credit on my purchase I received NO RESPONSE. This is pathetic!
