“My second order, quite large, hasn’t arrived the delivery info says delivered, to Canada I am in Australia. Two reply’s to my enquire no reply to third request. I have been told to wait (now 2 weeks since been told delivered) for transportation company to update their records. No commitment from Mommesilk to contact transport company or follow through. How do I get assistance Mommesilk?”
“I have been extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. I haven’t received my order yet, so I can’t comment on the product itself, but I will not order again. If you are hoping to have this product ship to you internationally, I would strongly advise to look for another company instead. I rarely write reviews, but I thought this was worth mentioning.”
“I made a purchase mid October, however the order has never been received. I have tried to send emails to find out where my order was sent but the emails bounced back as undeliverable. I then contacted Mommesilk through their contact form online, but still yet to receive a reply. Not a great customer service experience.”
