While ordering, they stated it could take longer due to moving to a new warehouse. However, it came quickly, and I’m so glad I was able to get another one to replace the one I had.”
“This is my second robe from Monarch Cypress! I first experienced the robe while staying at Marriott Resort. i ordered the first one directly from Monarch Cypress. Unfortunately, it was mixed with some colors and turned pink. I enjoyed it for over 3 years. It is the most comfortable robe with a perfect weight. I went to reorder and they had an overstock special with the Marriott logo. I ordered it to make sure, it was what I wanted. It was and I love it! The only disappointment was that I went to reorder for my Family and it wasn't available. This is a great robe!!”

“Paid for embroidered on 2 robes. Lack of attention to detail because they only embroidered 1. When calling customer service, I am sent to a shipping and receiving manager that has a full voice mail box so unable to leave a message. I sent an email and with in 48 hours I had a reply for a refund or exchange. Since this was a Christmas gift (and 2 days from Christmas) I asked for the item. It was a robe for my daughter so I could give it to her when ever it arrived. With in 1 hour from sending that email, Angel (she truly is at customer service), had it on its way. She overnighted it during the holiday season on the 23rd of December. I recieved the Robe on the 24th. And both of them look amazing. My wife and daughter are going to love them. Thank you again.”

“I found out about this company because my mother used to run an upscale inn that used their robes in the spa. A while back they upgraded all the robes, so I was gifted one of the older styles. It was the terry kimono style and I absolutely loved it! It’s lightweight enough for summer and heavy enough for winter. It also is very absorbent so you can put it on right out of the shower without that sticky feeling. The robe I had unfortunately got old and worn because I used it so often, so it began to rip. I looked up the company, ordered myself the same exact style and personalized it with my name. I was shocked at how quickly I received my new robe and I absolutely love it!
