I had ordered a robe for my wife, but when it arrived I wasn’t sure It was the model or size I had intended (I was trying to duplicate one that I had seen during a hotel stay). I sent a question via the Contact Us page on the MC webpage. My usual experience communicating with a company via their Contact Us is that 75% of the time I never even get a response. But in this case there was a reply within a couple hours from Carlo, helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. He had checked to confirm that my robe was the same one our hotel used and offered to set up an exchange for different size. However, by that time I had tried on the robe myself and liked it so much I decided to keep it for myself and ordered a second one for her! MC might be a big company but this was thoughtful, personal service. Thank you!”
“This review is for MonarchCypressonline. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. They provided very good service. The item was ‘as advertised ‘ and it arrived when promised This is the 4th terry velour kimono style bathrobe I’ve bought and it’s by far the highest quality of them all, even the 2 that were purchased at a 4 diamond resort.! I was hesitant to buy it sight unseen because I wanted a good weight robe, but I have no regrets ! This robe is so soft, like velvet almost and it’s also a very substantial weight I also love the length . The other 3 robes hit just below the knee but this one is longer and will be much warmer in the chillier months. I’m 5’4 3/4” and It hits me about 6” above the ankle bone, nice and cozy. Another bonus is that the shoulder seams are reinforced, being stitched again about an inch or so away from the original seam which looks attractive and makes the robe more durable I highly recommend this company, you definitely get what you pay for in my opinion.”
