I had ordered a robe for my wife, but when it arrived I wasn’t sure It was the model or size I had intended (I was trying to duplicate one that I had seen during a hotel stay). I sent a question via the Contact Us page on the MC webpage. My usual experience communicating with a company via their Contact Us is that 75% of the time I never even get a response. But in this case there was a reply within a couple hours from Carlo, helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. He had checked to confirm that my robe was the same one our hotel used and offered to set up an exchange for different size. However, by that time I had tried on the robe myself and liked it so much I decided to keep it for myself and ordered a second one for her! MC might be a big company but this was thoughtful, personal service. Thank you!”

I ordered a set of monogrammed robes as gifts and they were such a hit, I just ordered another set for a couple's 50th anniversary. Perfect gifts for almost any occasion. My new homeowners (I'm a Realtor) have a spa and these seemed ideal for them. They are! Turns out they didn't have robes and they will use them a lot. They feel great. No idea how they wash since they're a gift. They were packaged inside a nice black 'cloth' envelope. Would have been even better if each robe was packaged in it's own envelope - in case these weren't being given to people who knew each other. 5 stars for everything else! I'll order again!”
