“I found this robe ar the Sagamore hotel and fell in love with it . However, I needed an XL. Most hotels carry OSFM( one size fits most). So , i ordered from website, monogramed and got my robe in 1 week. It was a perfect, beautiful robe, but the inside terry , although nice, wasnt the butter soft plush inside the robe at the hotel. Apparently, they order both types. So, I contacted Stephanie at Monarch and she worked out a mutually satisfying solution to get me the plush version. Once its monogramed, you can’t return it.
