“I returned faulty earrings which arrived on Jan 08th. Despite numerous emails I still have not received my £125 refund!! I am appalled that any company considers it acceptable to hold on to customer’s money for such a long period and will never make a purchase from MV again! Beware…… Theresa Hart”
