Total que hice el proceso para que repararan mi artículo y lo envié a reparación. Desde el primer contacto con customer service muy amables por cierto me dieron la opción de darme una gift card por el precio que yo había pagado por mi anillo o esperar más de 12 semanas por que me lo repararan. Opté por la opción de reparación y expliqué a la persona que fue un regalo de mi esposo y que lo quería conservar. Y se mandó a reparación. Esperé 12 largas semanas para recibir de regreso mi anillo y cuál fue mi sorpresa que después de 12 semanas me contactan para decirme que mi anillo se les perdió, que no saben dónde quedó si fue que en el taller lo perdieron o no saben que fue lo que pasó. Total que me ofrecieron un gift card con la misma cantidad que yo pagué de mi anillo. Me dio mucho coraje porque no creo la verdad que eso pasó. El dije al personal que no se me hacía justo lo que había pasado que porque esperaron 12 semanas para decirme que no lo tienen. Claro que no les creo pero en fin. Para catarme la boca me mandaron un gift card por 50 dlls más. Y me sugerían que me comprara otro porque el que yo compré ya no existe en su catálogo. Que escogiera de esos que ellos me sugerían a lo que les dije que NO que yo quería el mío que ya no había y que era mucho más lindo que los que tienen ahora. El mío tenía un topacio blanco y el que hay ahora no tiene la puedra solo es liso. Total, quedé súper SÚPER DECEPCIONADA mi Anillo era lo máximo. Me siento robada, claro que mi anillo ya no cuesta lo que hace 5 años pero ellos se lavan las manos diciendo que no pueden hacer más. ME SIENTO ROBADA.

Worst experience ever. They allowed me to order online with PO Box address even though they aren’t supposed to because shipper is FedEx. So FedEx just slapped a label over my correct address and sent it to an address I had 8 years ago! A friend shipped it to me and Monica Vinader won’t reimburse! The item was too big so I initiated a return and after two hours on live chat with promises that they’d send a RA slip…crickets. They won’t answer my emails. I’ve had a total anxiety attack over this horrid experience. I wish someone with power would take these scammers to court

In late 2021 I purchased something that went on sale and reached out for a price adjustment, in the amount of $8.21. MV refused a credit card refund (form of payment I used) but instead insisted on issuing a gift voucher for the adjustment. A gift voucher for $8.21 which I will never be able to use as their items range in price from $150 and up. And although I have spend thousands on their jewelry, they still refused a refund. Today I reached out to ask again only to be told I was refunded for that adjustment, which is erroneous. I have the records proving otherwise and now they have offered to have accounting look over it. In California I believe under $10 must refund in cash. My credit card was used yet they still forced a credit voucher on me. I will never buy from this company again! MV you list my business over $8.21

I returned faulty earrings which arrived on Jan 08th. Despite numerous emails I still have not received my £125 refund!! I am appalled that any company considers it acceptable to hold on to customer’s money for such a long period and will never make a purchase from MV again! Beware…… Theresa Hart

I bought a necklace in New York. It was the adjustable chain rose gold and P pendant. It has broken now 3 times. My P has tarnished and the clasp is falling apart. I messaged their customer service and they made me ship my necklace, pay for shipping, and it took weeks for a replacement. Every time they make me do the same thing and they refused to issue me a better one. This time they want to take off the necklace, get a box, print a label, take it to fedex, wait for it to get accepted by customs and received then they will place an order for a new one after 10-14 days. I would suggest if you live in the US to find somewhere else. The quality is not with the price. The customer service and the company do not care how much you spent. They only care about themselves.

Amazing jewelleries ! Very good quality . When ordered on line it always comes beautifully wrapped with the box and bag just like you went to one of the branch.
