They provided tracking numbers that could NEVER be verified as real. Their policy, confirmed in an email they sent me stated "If you do not receive your order within 30-days, it is free, whether it is in shipment or not. Over 47-days went by and the tracking numbers still didn't work and I hadn't received anything. Finally, nearly 60-days later, I received a partial shipment of garbage. I contacted them and reminded them they promised it was free after 30-days, they laughed. Escalated to PayPal and was told nothing they can do. Seller refused to abide by their policy and said if I want any money back I have to return the junk they sent to me. It cost me $116 to send the garbage back, which should have been free, and even now they refuse to give me refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS NIGHTMARE GROUP”
“Took forever to get my package..way too long as the tracking info provided didn't work. When I did receive my package it was 10 mg even tho I paid for 20 mg. When I made a complaint ticket I never ever heard back from them still to this day so I contacted them thru chat only to be told to make a complaint ticket which I already had done 2 weeks prior. They said it takes 24 to 72 hours for a response but I'm still waiting to this day”
