“Watch out for these snakes. They claim my order was seized by customs but I didn’t receive the letter. Why would the letter go to them and not me, they don’t. I’m being lied to. This probably explains why the tracking number is giving me conflicting details than customer service. I think I’ve been scammed”

There is no phone number and they never escalate a problem, you have to deal with the same useless person each time. All they’ll say is “be more patient” Sorry but after 5 months waiting longer is not an option”

“I ordered from this site because it said it was shipped from the US… It did say they had European sites, but that’s not what I was ordering from! Once my order was paid for then and only then I started on reading that the payment would take 3 to 5 days and 3 to 5 more days to pull the order and 3 to 5 more days for it to be shipped and then read on and the message said it usually take 5-15 days,but due to covid it could take 30 more days !! As I said I ordered from this site because it said it was shipped from the US… If I knew it was going to take two months to get my order I would’ve never use this company!
