“Im so confused, cuz when I frist ordered from this website they had 3 different pages 4 reviews. On 1 page it had a 4.3, and like everybody was giving 4 or 5 stars. Have any of you guys received your items, they gave me a tracking number, but its not showing up on track17. They told me that its probably sitting there waiting 2 be tracked. But I read alot of ur messages, and you guys sound like they dont respond back, I haven't had that problem, they always are getting back 2 me. The thing thats scares me, is its already been 7 days, and it said it takes 3-5 days, but there not hiding from me, and they seem like there really tryn 2 get it 2 work. All I ordered was 2 bottles of test,but they say give it 5-10 more days. I just hope I get it, cuz I have had problems with Track17 b4. I ordered a Bengals jersey in March, and its been sitting at that post office sence Apr 4th. Ill give them 5 stars, if my packages come threw,like I said they are always writing back 2 me, and tryn 2 tell me what can be holding everything up. I just hope it comes threw,I started of using PayPal, but I think I just used my credit card instead somehow. I still have faith, they have great prices, hopefully everything will be straightened out within the next week”

“This website has been my go-to source for nearly 2 years now. I find their range of products and services to be one of the best I have found so far. The quality of their branded substances is unmatched with anything else I have used from an online supplier. I have seen many bad reviews regarding this website lately, but as a loyal and returning customer, I can tell you this is a load of rubbish. I have never had a bad product nor a no-show parcel like from other suppliers. I personally think that these negative reviews are from their competitors, as from my experience and many of my friends who use them, we have had nothing but fast deliveries and consistently good quality juice! The team here is also very helpful and always provides great advice regarding their products and their uses before I even purchase anything. This kind of service is hard to find and as I say, I think this is why other companies must get jealous and want to post negative and unrelated reviews about this site. Needless to say, this does not put me off one little bit as I know the effectiveness of their substances and also the value of their good service! I will continue to use them as I always do, but it is just a shame when I see negative reviews about such a great and reliable supplier. “LIARS and THIEVES! They took $1,130.00 from me. The next day they said "Your order shipped." Two days later they said "We have to substitute your name brands with inferior substitutions." They provided tracking numbers that could NEVER be verified as real. Their policy, confirmed in an email they sent me stated "If you do not receive your order within 30-days, it is free, whether it is in shipment or not. Over 47-days went by and the tracking numbers still didn't work and I hadn't received anything. Finally, nearly 60-days later, I received a partial shipment of garbage. I contacted them and reminded them they promised it was free after 30-days, they laughed. Escalated to PayPal and was told nothing they can do. Seller refused to abide by their policy and said if I want any money back I have to return the junk they sent to me. It cost me $116 to send the garbage back, which should have been free, and even now they refuse to give me refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS NIGHTMARE GROUP”
“Took forever to get my package..way too long as the tracking info provided didn't work. When I did receive my package it was 10 mg even tho I paid for 20 mg. When I made a complaint ticket I never ever heard back from them still to this day so I contacted them thru chat only to be told to make a complaint ticket which I already had done 2 weeks prior. They said it takes 24 to 72 hours for a response but I'm still waiting to this day”
“You will wait up to 72 days when ordering from this company. They will lie to you constantly email after email of 5 to 10 days then 3 to 3 days and 8 to 10 days and 20 to 25 days and all kinds of lies I mean it is just ridiculous and when you reach out to him they just lie more anything try to keep you running keep you from getting a refund I encourage you to not use this company and get your refund ASAP. Again I encourage anyone reading this steer clear from this company. I'm going on 20 days with no tracking number and they finally gave me a tracking number to let me know that it's been shipped overseas from Singapore which means it'll take up to 54 more days. “They said 25-30 days it's bee 50 days. They keep saying in route but when I check status the usps# has only been created not shipped. I have complained they say 1 day they will credit then they don't and say on way. LOOK ELSEWHERE SAVE YOUR MONEY”
