“The tracking number they sent to me says that the item was delivered, I had somebody checking the mail box in case it was delivered to the wrong person and nothing, went to the post office and got a letter from them saying that the item was delivered but it wasn’t, I was hoping to get the items mail them to me again since I got the letter stating there was no item and the company refuses to resend the items, I am sure they didn’t send the items to begin with.

“Watch out for these snakes. They claim my order was seized by customs but I didn’t receive the letter. Why would the letter go to them and not me, they don’t. I’m being lied to. This probably explains why the tracking number is giving me conflicting details than customer service. I think I’ve been scammed”

There is no phone number and they never escalate a problem, you have to deal with the same useless person each time. All they’ll say is “be more patient” Sorry but after 5 months waiting longer is not an option”

“They did good on first two orders. On 3rd order the tracking number never updated it got lost in transit, they asked me of I m wanted to have it re-shipped. I said yes I would like that the order was created Jan.24,2023. When I e-mailed them back they say they are waiting for an update from the agent. Today 3/28/23 I get an e-mail saying the ticket is closed because my order issue is resolved. NOT. I made another order 3/14/23 and now it's not updating either. I'm beginning to think I've been duped in. They started out good when my orders got bigger all the sudden we have shipping/tracking problems.
