“The tracking number they sent to me says that the item was delivered, I had somebody checking the mail box in case it was delivered to the wrong person and nothing, went to the post office and got a letter from them saying that the item was delivered but it wasn’t, I was hoping to get the items mail them to me again since I got the letter stating there was no item and the company refuses to resend the items, I am sure they didn’t send the items to begin with.
Don’t use this company unless you want to waste your money.”

This probably explains why the tracking number is giving me conflicting details than customer service. I think I’ve been scammed”

There is no phone number and they never escalate a problem, you have to deal with the same useless person each time. All they’ll say is “be more patient” Sorry but after 5 months waiting longer is not an option”

Customer service always responds but never with a solution, just keep waiting until you give up sort of thing
You NEVER get the brands you order so buy the cheapest stuff as that’s what they’ll end up shipping.
No way to call or email any department other than general inquiries, if there’s a problem you’re screwed, only people that hide from their customers are shady people

Open a new credit card and use that one, so if you have to dispute a charge and your credit card isn’t happy about it being steroids then you can cancel after the dispute”
