“I had the same experience. Payment was easy. I got everything I ordered, plus a lot of extra stuff I didn't even order. They just included because there nice people.Delivery was good fast for being sent from overseas. One of my shipments was seized at customs. And they offered either to 1. Refund half the price. Because they lost their products too, or 2. Reship the entire shipment. Everything I ordered was real steroids. There wasn't anything fake. Everything has halograms, and scancodes on the boxes.”

“The tracking number they sent to me says that the item was delivered, I had somebody checking the mail box in case it was delivered to the wrong person and nothing, went to the post office and got a letter from them saying that the item was delivered but it wasn’t, I was hoping to get the items mail them to me again since I got the letter stating there was no item and the company refuses to resend the items, I am sure they didn’t send the items to begin with.

“Watch out for these snakes. They claim my order was seized by customs but I didn’t receive the letter. Why would the letter go to them and not me, they don’t. I’m being lied to. This probably explains why the tracking number is giving me conflicting details than customer service. I think I’ve been scammed”

There is no phone number and they never escalate a problem, you have to deal with the same useless person each time. All they’ll say is “be more patient” Sorry but after 5 months waiting longer is not an option”

No way to call or email any department other than general inquiries, if there’s a problem you’re screwed, only people that hide from their customers are shady people
