We apologize for any delays you may have experienced. In most cases in-stock items ship within 2-5 days of the receipt of the order (transit time is additional). Out-of-stock items may take longer depending on availability. We do try very hard to communicate when an item is expected (updates are also available on our website). I see that your last order was shipped the day after it was placed but the one prior to that was for an item that was out-of-stock and it was delayed for three months. Again, I'm very sorry. Your satisfaction is important to us. “I now see why plastic covered handles for can openers were invented. This one has none, but it works well otherwise. I like that it is old school and will last.”

“Despite everything taking longer to arrive with COVID, my shipments were sent as soon as they were received in the warehouse. The checklist accompanying each shipment was thorough with sent items and items still on back order and it made keeping track of all the items much easier. Customer Service was always extremely helpful when I had a question. I have always loved their products and the friendliness; I am a customer for life!”

“Really enjoy the curation of so many quality books and educational materials. Some of my favorites are looking under the seasons, the language objects (have uses beyond language), and all of the science nomenclature materials. Very unique. We get so much use and enjoyment out of our purchases. Thank you.”

“I am sorry that I can't say more. One was a gift outside the family, and I don't yet know if he likes it. The two little developmental items were within the family, but they haven't tried them yet.
