“ Been with Monzo for over 3 years with no issue for travelling etc. the moment I had an issue with a suspected transaction they closed my account as suspicious fraud and now can no longer use them. Terrible customer service ”

“ Their customer service is abysmal and that is the nicest way I can describe them. It’s pathetic you cannot speak to a manager. They take 3-4 days to come back with a query. They freeze your bank account on “suspicious” behavior and then refuse to take calls. This is the worst case of customer service I have ever witnessed. It amounts to theft. ”
