“Mood uses FedEx for some of its shipping. I’ve ordered several times from mood and every single time, it’s been delivered to the wrong address. I think this is primarily fedex’s issue. However when I called mood to complain- the rep tried to give me a sob story about how everyone complains about different delivery comapanies…it was if the rep was the victem not me….
They told me 10-15 days for a refund!!! When I pressed the issue, it was a quicker resolution….so obviously something customer care could have done more easily.
while the products are ok, be ware of this company! This is a medical need for me and zero compassion from Mood!”

They are all lawful “hemp” and conform to the Farm Bill, the CSA, and the IFR.Feb 16, 2024. They cost more then going to your local dispensary which contains way more THC.”

“They rolled out a new website that has problems. I tried to place an order for 3 days and it wouldnt give me the discount using the code. Each time I contacted them they said we are working on getting this resolved try tomorrow. In the 4th day I finally got my order placed but I can't track it. Instead of using USPS like they used to they use a company called Better Trucks. Mood is located in Oklahoma and I'm in Texas. When I traced my order it's in Chicago IL. Why would s package go there when Texas is just south of Oklahoma. I emailed Mood and the trucking company and get no response. I know they are legit because I've placed several other orders before. Seems I need to find a new company that offers leaf. I'm not satisfied with their website or customer service anymore.”
“Awful company to do business with. The worst customer service and very shady and fraudulent practices. They then lock your account or prevent you from making changes to your profile, such as deleting your credit card. Any company that refuses to let you do this is scam. They keep charging me for orders and when you ask customer service to stop this practice, they lie and say they will and they do nothing about it.
The product itself is awful. The gummies are always hard and taste metallic. The flower is the most rancid, awful smelling poison I have ever ingested. It smelled my house for weeks. Their service is awful and they are a scam. Do not buy from them. You will regret it. BUYER BEWARE!”
“Beginning of this year I received a Hello Mood card (advertisement) in the mail. I thought, sure...this can't be legit. Although quite sceptical, I decided to order. My order arrived earlier than expected. I ordered 7 or 8 times after that. Never a problem. Loved everything! All of the sudden, the next time I ordered... They don't ship to Maryland. I still don't know why. Why did they send the card in the mail, to Maryland, in the first place? Other places online ship to all states but, it's more expensive and I don't trust their payment methods.”
“I ordered some moonrock and was really disappointed the pic on the site showed the regular moonrock with the keef instead I got what looked like a big ball of resin most of the 8th was the outer shell which I think was hash but didn't really taste good or elevate me very well the inside of the rock looked like stuff you pull out your pipe when cleaning it and it was probably not even a gram it was a thick shell of "hash" sorry I really don't recommend I put pics si you can compare to the one they show on the site”
“I was assured Better Trucks was only used for vapes because they are a terrible shipping company and take forever. im one state away in texas and they sent it alll the way up to maryland or someplace and then came all the way back. I could of driven and picked it up faster. AND you CANT TRACK. so, i order again and do not get a vape so i dont have to deal with that again. GUESS WHAT...they used them again!!!! All of the terrible reviews and they are putting me through it again. NEVER AGAIN”
